There is no manifesto here. What follows is how projects actually run, why the client names are missing, and what you can expect in writing.
Rates
Published, not negotiated per client
The four rates on this site are the rates on the invoice. Nobody pays more for asking fewer questions, and nothing is bundled into a package designed to be hard to compare.
Scope
Phases, and an exit after each
Work runs in phases that each leave you with something usable. Hourly billing means you can stop at the end of any of them without losing what came before.
Confidentiality
Why no client names
The systems described on this site run other companies' operations and money. Those clients get anonymity by default, and so would you. The numbers are real; the logos simply are not ours to display.
The company
Yimello LLC, registered in the UAE.
Invoicing runs through Yimello LLC in the United Arab Emirates under Trade License 243080201. Work is delivered remotely, and clients so far have sat in Central Europe and the MENA region.
Written replies within one business day. If a question needs a call, a call gets booked.
What you can expect in writing
- An estimated range before each phase starts
- Invoices itemised by service, hours and rate
- Source, designs and documentation handed over
- A list of every access to revoke at the end
