What this site collects, why, and for how long. It is a short list, by design.

The short version
This site has no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Nothing is recorded about you unless you fill in a form and send it.

What the forms collect
Contact form
Name, company, email address, optional phone number, subject and your message.
Token order form
Number of tokens, the intended use categories you tick, and billing details: company or personal name, VAT or tax number, country, postcode, city, street address, contact person, email address, optional phone number and any notes. The email address is required because both the invoice and the tokens are delivered to it.
Why, and on what basis
Form data is used to answer your enquiry and, for token orders, to issue an invoice and deliver the tokens. The basis is the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and the performance of that contract. Tax records are then kept because accounting rules require it.
Who processes it
Form submissions are transmitted through Formspree, a form delivery service that passes the message to our mailbox and stores submissions on our behalf. Our email is handled by our email provider. No other party receives your data, and it is never sold or used for advertising.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Where an invoice was issued, the associated data is kept for the retention period required by applicable tax and accounting rules.
Your rights
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, ask for processing to be restricted, or object to it. Write to contact@yimello.dev and you will have an answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or EEA and believe your data has been mishandled, you may also complain to your national supervisory authority.
International transfer
Yimello LLC is established in the United Arab Emirates, so data sent through this site is processed outside the EU/EEA. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and used only for the purposes described above.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and collects no more than an invoice needs. Tokens are delivered in a password-protected PDF, with the password sent through a separate channel — see the token terms.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
