The terms that apply to every purchase made on yimello.dev. Last updated 24 September 2026.
Who you are dealing with
This website, yimello.dev, is operated by Yimello LLC, UAE Business Center, Al Messaned, United Arab Emirates, Trade License 243080201. Purchases made on this website are made with Yimello LLC. Token orders are also governed by the token terms, which apply alongside these terms.
Country of domicile and governing law
United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and the governing law is the local law of the United Arab Emirates.
Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.
Payment
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in USD will be accepted for payment.
The displayed price and currency at the checkout page, will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
Card payments are processed by Telr on its own secure payment page. Card details are entered there and never pass through this website.
Sanctioned countries
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.
Age limit
Customer using the website who are Minor / under the age of 18 shall not register as a User of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.
Transaction records
Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and yimello.dev policies and rules.
Confidentiality
User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account. This includes order details and issued tokens.
Payment confirmation and delivery
Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt. In practice it is sent by Telr straight after payment, to the email address given on the order.
Tokens are issued within 2 business days of payment, counted in UAE business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays). They are sent to the same email address in a signed, password-protected PDF, and the password is sent separately by phone.
Refund policy
Issued tokens are not refundable, whether or not they have been used and whether or not they have expired. This is stated at checkout and has to be accepted before payment.
A refund is given in full when:
- the order is cancelled before its tokens are issued (see the cancellation policy below);
- the tokens cannot be issued for the order; or
- the card was charged in error, or charged twice for the same order.
To request a refund, write to contact@yimello.dev with the order number from the confirmation email.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
Cancellation policy
An order can be cancelled until its tokens are issued, which happens within 2 business days of payment. To cancel, write to contact@yimello.dev or call +971 50 750 9342 with the order number. A cancelled order is refunded in full to the card used for payment. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund to be completed.
Once the tokens are issued, the order can no longer be cancelled. This is stated at checkout, before payment, and has to be accepted to place the order.
